Show end value before the animation starts

The feature would be mainly used during SSR where we need the end values to be shown in the HTML to improve the SEO. The idea came from issue #83.

Only start playing the animation when visible in the viewport.

I think it would be nice to have some sort of props that make the counter starting only when the counter is visible in the viewport. Otherwise, if he counter is below the fold, at the moment it starts onMount and we don't see it starting properly.

I believe we could also get this result with combining the counter with either intersection API or an animation library

Hey @zacBkh, that seems a good idea. My only concern is that once we come with some API, people we start asking for more specific things, like I want the animation to start 200px from the bottom, middle screen or 200px from the top. And that will make the component API for complicated. I'd much rather write and share a small util function that can do that for you, so only people who needed it will implement it. This will be possible since we can control the isPlaying prop for the animation so it is a matter of toggling it when it enters the viewport or something :)

Actually, you are right and I agree with you.

The purpose of the library is being a count-up.
I managed to achieve what I wanted to do using react-intersection-observer library, super lightweight and works seamlessly!
