Syntax error: Invalid decimal literal

Hi
I get the above error on my token..
The token starts with "v02%3Auser" and "3" is the error.

"%3A" is the url-encode value for ":" and I have tried to replace "%3A" with ":" but that doesn't help.

I have tried to wrap the token in both " and '. That doesn't help either.

What am I missing here????
