Sugget continually upload when error

Hello, thank you very much for this tool. It is very very helpful.

A tiny suggestion hope to involve.

Currently, it would stop when error. done-file may fix some network issues. But if parsing issue, I hope it would skip it and continue upload the rest of notes.
