How to make TableView NOT using Data virtualization

Hi @w-ahmad . Is there any way how I can shut off the Data virtualization? Setting the ItemsPanel to StackPanel instead of the default ItemsStackPanel just doesn't work (TableView.Items are ok, but no visual cells).
I need a guaranteed access to the containers at all times. No worry, the Items.Count will be small (max around 80).

@VisualAlf StackPanel as ItemsPanel will work correctly with the latest changes.
