issue with new release 1.3.1

Before with release 1.3.0 : display auto-height and auto-width was OK

@JLBLU you may need to set appropriate row height on the TableView. TableView cannot resize its row heights according to the connect due to an issue within WinUI3.

@JLBLU I see no issue with your xaml when I copy pasted in sample app. I just modified some bindings to see the data in 3rd and 4th column.

In column "Lien" can you try with data with large width ? (replace "1" by "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" for eg) : a value whose width exceeds the header width.
it seems the pb appears when I use a "DataTemplate" (in order to colorize the text value)
