Header row is sometimes frozen and could not move #270

Description:
Sometimes happen, especially with enabled row detail, that header row is frozen and do not move, which lead to desync with data rows. Unfortunately I could not reproduce bug deterministically. Sometimes it happens when row is not opened yet, sometimes after row is opened, sometimes after a while of inactivity of app.
Steps to Reproduce:
Many columns and rest is on screenshots, could update repro repo for #263
Expected behavior:
Header row will by synced with data rows
