AlternateRowBackground is not working properly #271

Description:
AlternateRowBackground is not applied correctly. Removing and reapplying it again during debug will correctly render alternate background.
Steps to Reproduce:
Repro steps are on screenshots, could update repro repo for #263
Expected behavior:
Alternate background will be correctly rendered/applied.
