[Proposed Work Item]: improving componentsjs

My major issue with CSS is to deal with componentsjs. This work item is pretty much living in dreamland, but I would love to have a better developer experience when working with CSS Dependency Injection .

I'm thinking:

• an LSP for componentsjs
• a DSL for componentsjs ( that compile to json )

Maybe using jsonnet or json5 could already be an improvement
