Infrastructure: node-html-parser v6 times out when running `scripts/link-checker.js`

scripts/link-checker.js doesn't seem to run beyond L181 and times out with this update. Can't yet tell why that is right now

Filled issue in the repository of the node html parser . taoqf/node-html-parser#280 waiting for it to be addressed.
