Add Location concepts to TECH extension e.g. Device, App #342
Description
Following from #209 regarding subjective locations, concepts which are both technologies and locations (such as on/in Device and App storage/memory) should be added to the TECH extension as technologies and additionally be annotated to declare them also as locations.
- Add concepts to TECH extension and declare concepts as
dpv:Location - Check which existing concepts in TECH are also locations
- Add note/description in TECH HTML
- Add section for locations in TECH for convenience
- Additionally, also see which of these locations can be declared as
dpv:StorageLocationto indicate they can store data (possibly all above locations would be data storage locations)
