[closed] I can't seem to comment on other people's discussions in this forum

It looks like I can make a discussion thread, but I can't comment on other people's discussion threads. The bit where I would like to comment on other people's threads simply says 'you cannot perform this action at this time'.

I wondered if anyone else has this problem, or if anyone knows how it could be solved?

Also, I wondered if other people are able to comment on this thread?

but if I try and comment on someone else's threads it looks like this

This problem is solved for now. I don't know what's changed to fix it, but I can now comment on the thread that I couldn't comment on before, the screenshot that I included before now looks like this
