Composition of Mongolian and Western/Chinese Mixed Texts

We should add a section about the mixed composition, discussing how to deal with the mixed composition of Mongolian and Western letters, European numerals, Chinese text, emoji etc., such as which punctuation to use, whether Western characters need to be rotated and so on.
