Conformance Thresholds

The conformance TF is exploring a threshold point level for compliance with specific guidelines as requirements.

That means that sites (tools/orgs) will be assessed and scored using the Impact Ratings. Some guidelines will be required to be considered "conformant". Beyond that, we are looking at the B Corp model - if X% of the remaining Guidelines have been accomplished or X% of the guidelines from each section have been accomplished, it is considered conformant.

We are looking for input on what the threshold should be and which guidelines should be required. We need to find the balance between achievable and greenwashing.

@TzviyaSiegman, I liked the idea of using a threshold. Instead of X% of the remaining guidelines, what if we consider a threshold based on the overall score? For example, a site would be considered conformant if it achieves a score above the threshold from the remaining guidelines within each section. This way implementers know which guidelines should be given priority even from the remaining ones.
