don't mess with link colors #61
Description
as part of the unfortunate redesign (#60), the blocks in the new layout now also mess with link colors and don't allow users to distinguish between new and visited links. one of the most important things to do when tracking @w3c's work is to look at new work, so hiding this reduces the utility of the page.
