Do non JS scripts really need TT enforcement?

The way the spec is currently written we run the TT monkeypatch for classic, module and importmap scripts. This issue is to discuss if we actually need to apply this to importmap scripts? They don't directly execute code, but they can have an impact on how other code is executed?
