Out of date, with typo, Requirements For WCAG 2.1 GitHub pages page

I stumbled across this Requirements for Web Content Accessibility Guidleines [sic] 2.1 page from 2016. This is the correct page, linked to from the spec. Not sure what that first one's doing, but it could do with deleting.
