Criteria for erratum not present

At https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/errata/ I see:

The errata are numbered, ... and listed in reverse chronological order of their date of publication

and

Each entry has the following information:

A unique entry number
The date it was added to the errata page.
The section referred to.
A description of the problem and correction if applicable.
A rationale for making the change (not required for editorial errata).

Though the erratum themselves don't have these criteria. No unique number, date, and not sure if the reverse chronological order is used.

Is this documented somewhere or is this missing and should it be present in this document?

@michael-n-cooper it looks like this issue (errata listing) needs either the requirements updating to apply only to significant errata, or updating the list of editorial errata.

I can't find that doc in the repo, where is it edited?

The errata doc isn't in the repo, it's in a CVS. It's copied from an old template and maybe the description of the errata doesn't make sense. I'll do something with that doc.
