In "Comment by Guideline" Section: 81 Instances of Non-web documents and software to change to non-web documents and non-web software. Reorder to make sure it's always consistent with non-web documents first, non-web software second. Also, one instance that is a link to both non-web documents and separately to (non-web) software. The link text needs to be updated.
