Only if you can guarantee that your web pages will never be looked at by anyone on any computer or other device that does not have that feature. That is - you cannot rely on user agents to meet your requirements unless you know that essentially all user agents will have that feature or capability. So for all practical purposes -- the answer to the case you pose is no. |
