FYI: the build is currently failing due to presence of duplicate children entries in text-and-wording/text-appearance.

Also noting that it looks like there's a lot of needsAdditionalResearch: true and status: exploratory in this PR, but I'm guessing that's why it's still in draft state? Will this PR be updated, or is it more likely to be replaced by a new one?

@alastc I noticed that none of these had type defined (for foundational vs. supplemental). I discussed with Kevin and Chuck at the back end of the AGWG call and we agreed I should operate under the assumption that only the ones that explicitly mention "supplemental" in their filename/title are supplemental.

We may want to wordsmith the supplemental titles to distinguish them more from the corresponding foundational requirements (I'm not sure we have any other instances of that in WCAG 3).
