Review Associates program

We had 6 TAG associates this year, and I've heard some interest in talking about how that program is going, and if we want to change anything for next year. This issue is to ensure it gets into our weekly agendas.

We agreed in Atlantic breakout today to assign the three chairs to this. (I wanted someone assigned so that we would know where to put it in agendas).
