@wadewegner this PR enables callers to see the status code when there is a request error. Our use case is to be able to more easily detect when a request fails due to an expired token or other authentication issues, so we can re-authenticate and try again. SLA already signed. Thanks! |

Looks like ForceException had a field for a status code but it was never being filled even though it was often being created due to non-success status codes.
This PR fixes that, so that any relevant status codes get passed back to the caller via ForceException whenever possible.
