Show documentation on the suggested REPL keywords

Feature Description

For the help, exit and clear keywords, add descriptions to show on the right side of the suggestions just like regular C# symbols. Example descriptions:

• help - Shows a help text for C# REPL
• exit - Exits the C# REPL
• clear - Clears the terminal
