How should we configure a Python VM with Jep to run tests with the new front end?

Does anyone know how to give ourselves a Python VM with Jep to use in our continuous integration? I would like to run tests of the new front end.

Would we just need to add the installation of Jep per https://github.com/ninia/jep/wiki/Getting-Started#installing-jep? If so, we can add it to the YAML of the continuous integration.

One course of action here could be to start a (at first failing) PR so that we can analyze the failure and see what additional CI configuration steps are required to resolve it.
