Missing Models in the Zenodo Dataset (`generated_models.tar.zst`)

Hi,

First of all, thank you for developing AFsample2—it's been incredibly helpful in sampling alternative conformations.

I am currently analyzing the distribution of models generated by different approaches using your Zenodo dataset (generated_models.tar.zst). While most models are included, I’ve noticed a few discrepancies:

• The afcluster models are missing for both the oc23 and tp16 datasets.
• The afvanilla models are missing for the tp16 datasets.

Would it be possible to provide the complete dataset, including these missing models?
