git clone fails in NaCl DevEnv on chromebook #211
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open NaCl DevEnv
2. Clone a git repo e.g.
git clone https://github.com/mattmcd/NaCl.git
What is the expected output?
clone of git repo created in current directory within NaCl DevEnv
What do you see instead?
Cloning into 'NaCl'...
warning: templates not found /naclports-dummydir/share/git-core/templates
fatal: Unable to find remote helper for 'https'
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
December 2014 release of NaCl DevEnv, pepper 41. OS is ChromeOS on Chromebook
(Acer C720).
Please provide any additional information below.
