Negative correlation was lost

Hello, I used the algorithm (Network_Enhancement) established by your group for network analysis, and found that the obtained correlation matrix data were all positive after filtration,which means that there was no negative correlation in my network. Why?

even i created a significantly negative OTU in my OTUtable, still i lost negative correlation property in final network matrix.
