由于我的界面宽度限制，工具栏很丑，
所以想加个自定义菜单按钮能够折叠工具栏，
但是我设置了excludeKeys和insertKeys后并没有生效，
好像是Toolbar组件没有重新渲染，
有什么api能够重新加载配置
或者
有什么其他实现思路吗
