Train data (labelled) require for two stage tag classification

Dear authors,

Thank you for sharing code through github repo.

I am in need of labelled trained data which you use for first stage and second stage tag classification process. You have mentioned that "2,000 tags are labeled to develop the first-stage model" and "514 tags are labeled to develop the second stage model".

Kindly provide this dataset for fair comparison of state-of the art models.
