chore: Refactor file structure for better organization
- Renamed multiple files to move them into subdirectories - File `gen.rs` renamed to `gen/mod.rs` - File `fun.rs` renamed to `fun/mod.rs` - File `show.rs` renamed to `show/mod.rs` - File `cli.rs` renamed to `cli/mod.rs` - File `var.rs` renamed to `var/mod.rs`
