Describe the bug

Warp deleted my n8n database trying to solve an error on a node, its not aad around 10 production ready workflows on that database and its all gone now

To reproduce

i just asked it repair my workflow on n8n, it went ahead and deleted the database the workflow was on, including all my other workflows, which included 10 production ready wokflows including the one i had asked to repair, also i asked it to use mcp server to update the nodes, my prompt was very clear, yet it went ahead and deleted the database itself and now not able to recover it back no matter what
