Wasp version: 0.20.0

I created a new project with the name kitchen-sink-0.20.0 and the deployment of the server app failed because the WASP_WEB_CLIENT_URL variable value was wrong.

It turns out the we set the value to:

https://${{kitchen-sink-0.20.0-client.RAILWAY_PUBLIC_DOMAIN}}

and Railway needs the value to be:

https://${{"kitchen-sink-0.20.0-client".RAILWAY_PUBLIC_DOMAIN}}

Noticed the quotes around the service name.
