Wrong typings for older generations

If you select Generation 2–5 and click on say clefairy it will select nothing

Yeahhh I don't have historical types available for Pokémon. I should probably sanitize the types better on input at least. Open to suggestions on better behavior here, and especially pull requests.

I checked all the fairy times for gen 5 and this was the way i found of fixing it

If anyone is checking gen 2-5 type coverage on pokemon, I edited the csv to match up with the gen 5 pokedex
