Add dirty & damaged props

FatFileSystem should have read/write properties for dirty and damaged (and dirty should be set+cleared by FAT ops)

Properties added in b68be2d but they're unused as yet (should probably make a mutex-ish context handler which serializes writes and handles setting & clearing the dirty bit while holding the lock).
