apps launched from desktop launch inside a VR floating window instead

Description

When I open an app in floating window, some apps I launch on desktop launch inside this floating window. I tried multiple and it seems like it's only case for apps with native wayland support, X11-only apps launch normally.
After I close the floating window, all apps launch normally on desktop.
This only happens when using Cage compatibility mode.

Sorry for photo instead of screenshot, as you can see, even the screenshot app launched inside floating window...
