Missing documentation in the wazuh-installation-assistant repository

Description

While analyzing the continuity of E2E UX tests from 5.x onwards in https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-qa-automation/issues/5489, we noticed that the documentation in the wazuh-installation-assistant repository does not include a section explaining how to install the wazuh components using the assistant scripts.

From 5.x onwards, E2E UX tests must follow the internal documentation developed in each repository in the docs/ folder, so this documentation must be updated with everything necessary to complete these tests.

Based on the XDR+SIEM technical documentation guide, the missing sections are:

• Configuration
• Glossary
• Guide -> Step-by-step deployments
• Guide -> Installation assistant deployments
• Guide -> Step-by-step upgrades
• Guide -> Installation assistant upgrades
• Back up and restore
• Security

Note that from 5.x onwards, the assistant scripts will include the version and revision in their name (e.g, wazuh-install-5.0.0-1.sh), so the documentation must reference this.
