PackerSync with automatic packet removal confirmation

Greetings, I have a personal configuration of LunarVim and I automate the installation of the whole environment with bash scripting, and I'm having a problem with the "Bootstrapping" of packer.nvim.

$ nvim --headless -c 'autocmd User PackerComplete quitall' -c 'PackerSync'

In a new installation of LunarVim, having more plugins installed and also disabling LunarVim core plugins, at the time of executing this command mentioned the LunarVim never finishes, it does not respond.... I think it is because it is waiting for the unused package removal confirmation to respond.

Is there a way to avoid this? to automate this confirmation?
