Why is windchill "null" on station latest observation

I can calculate the wind-chill and was surprised that station observations doesn't contain Wind Speed either. Which API is best to get the wind speed? grid forecast hourly?

@JJKraw Weird. That info Is definitely not available via curl. Is it possible you can issue the request via curl and see if you get the same?

Works via curl for me too. Maybe it's another caching issue. Have a look at the headers returned. This is what I got:
