It appears that "future" alerts are being returned by the /alerts/active API. The "onset" attribute shows times in the future for such alerts. I am also seeing explanations of when future alerts will take effect in the "WHEN" part of the "description" attribute. |

What is the query for active and future alerts? Ideally, there would be a single query that returns both currently active alerts and alerts that will be active in the future. How could that be expressed? For example, the following are future alerts (not yet active) from the latest MTR AFD. Given that it is currently about 8pm PST Thursday, these are not being returned by /alerts/active.
