setup.sh is stuck on "INFO[0002] Creating machine: firekube-node1 ..."

OS: ubuntu 20.04

It is stuck on "INFO[0002] Creating machine: firekube-node1 ..."
I can CTRL+C to stop it.
Is there any logs I can post here for troubleshooting?

Hi, did you manage to troubleshoot this issue @davxiao? I'm stuck at the INFO[0001] Creating machine: firekube-node0 message.

EDIT: Turns out my problem was that I didn't have CNI installed.
