React app - build time increased from 2s to 10s when updating to rsbuild 1.3.6 and above

the timings with v1.3.5
production ● web ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ (100%) emitting after emit ready built in 2.04 s

timings with any version bigger than 1.3.5, tested with latest 1.3.20, but it's the same with v1.3.6.
production ● web ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ (100%) emitting after emit ready built in 10.0 s

build mostly stays at:
● web ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ (77%) sealing module and chunk tree optimization
