What is your policy on swc_core versions?

I am currently stuck on using pre-1.6 versions of rsbuild because there appears to be no compatible version of published SWC plugins (crucially for me @swc/plugin-formatjs)

Have you tried @swc/plugin-formatjs v7? (see https://plugins.swc.rs/versions/range/713)

Damn, it does seem to work… How the hell did I miss this? 🤔
In any case, do you plan to update swc core to latest any time soon?
