Rsbuild filters out print logs from swc-plugins

For a custom swc plugin, the println! will not be shown in terminal when running through rsbuild/rspack, but printed out when using @swc/core's transform api standalone.

Is there any configuration related to this?
I think for rsbuild@1.3.x, they will not be filtered out.
