[Bug]: Using hmr in react does not work according to the official website

按照官网的写法，plugin中添加 new ReactRefreshPlugin()、new rspack.HotModuleReplacementPlugin()
然后在项目根目录 index.tsx 写入
if ((module as any).hot) {
(module as any).hot.accept("./App", () => {
root.render(
<React.StrictMode>

</React.StrictMode>
);
});
}
发现页面渲染不出来，反而不写这段代码能正常更新，我想知道在react项目 HotModuleReplacementPlugin 在存在ReactRefreshPlugin 后是否不需要？或者正确的 module.hot.accept 写法是什么呢，希望大佬解答
