Searching for a spec URL doesn't give useful results

On https://web-platform-dx.github.io/web-features-explorer/, entering https://www.w3.org/TR/window-management/ into the search box:

For W3C TR links in general, and and especially for things in webref, I'd expect us to do better than this.

Looks like the Window management feature points to https://w3c.github.io/window-management/, not https://www.w3.org/TR/window-management/.
Anyway, searching for https://w3c.github.io/window-management/ also doesn't lead to the Window management feature.

For info, the search tool is powered by pagefind. We use pagefind at build time, after the HTML for all the pages has been generated. Pagefind then reads the HTML content and builds its search index. Within the HTML content of each page, pagefind only looks at the name, description, docs, and specs sections. So, in theory, the specs are already being indexed. But spec URLs don't appear in text, they're only available as href attributes on links. Perhaps pagefind doesn't take those into account.

That being said, maybe our search tool should have two ways of searching:

1. Quick match on web-features data, such as spec URLs, feature IDs, etc.
2. Async, also search using what pagefind indexed.

This way we can return quick results for folks who know what they're looking for exactly, and then populate more results with the fuzzy results which pagefind provides.
