Rationale

This test is broken in Safari even without writing-mode: sideways-rl, this implies this is a larger multicol bug.

If the focus is writing modes, this can be dropped from interop, indeed.

Safari fails this without specifying writing modes at all. One reason being that columns are clipped in Safari (the spec used to say this, but not anymore), and when rotating stuff 180 degrees, so that everything ends up on the outside of the columns, nothing gets painted.
