[FEATURE] Translation from other languages than default language in list module and for pages

When I translate content elements via the translate button in the site-view, there appears a modal where i can select from which language i want to translate:

When I translate pages or content elements oder data records with the list-view, there is no modal and it always translates from my source language (id=0, in this case german).

Is there a way I can also choose to translate from another language in these list view or pages scenarios?

Or where I can override a setting, so it translates by default from language id 1 and not 0?

We have to check, if and how this could be handled, as these functionalities are following the default Core handling for localization and as far as I know, there is no possibility core-side to change the default localized from language in these functions.
