Description
CRUD feature to create address groups just like notification groups
Input:
List of address: To support manual address (e.g 0x15f8e5ea1079d9a0bb04a4c58ae5fe7654b5b2b4463) addition or upload via csv.
Group name:
From header fetch x-sub-email, x-sub-organization to store as metadata.
This feature should be maintained at organization level. If two users belong to same org, and use A has created groups, user B of same org should able to GET (read) it.
UI option to be added under Web3 Monitoring --> Address Groups
