Do a thorough review for trufflesuite/truffle#5393, directly apply any needed enhancements and mark the MR as Ready

After all the issues in the test are fixed for ConsenSys-archive/truffle#5393. And all the related issues mentioned at #4189 are done.

Someone (other than the one who worked on it the most) needs to do a deep review of the written code and apply any modifications himself. Then mark the MR as Ready.
