Fix test check fail issue under 'assets used'

On the second page of a project application 'Assets', In the dropdown for 'Assets used', there is the option to add a token "+". This causes the test check to fail unless the token is one of the pre-selected values: "eth",   "btc",   "usdc", "usdt",  "dai",   "atom", "scrt",  "dot",  "sol", "zcash", "xmr",   "aleph", "nam",   "other"
